1 Federal Government and Politics
A. As per the constitution, the Federal Government will give up all of its powers to the States and Communities except those specifically delineated. (i.e. Welfare, Roads, Education, Bank Regulation[Federal Reserve], Grants, most Taxes....... given up)
B. At any ballot box, there will be no listing of political affiliation. There can be papers outside presenting the candidates position. No signs are allowed.
2 Education
A. Each school will be responsible directly to the parents and
i)the vouchers they hold from the State/City
or
ii) to the State/City administrations.
B. Each school district can decide if there needs to be socio-economic quota
3 Public Health
A. Establishment of a Center for Chronic Disease Research
i. funds divided accorded to reported cases in America of a certain disease.
ii. individual establishments in every major population area
iii. Open books, open policy, open review by peer organizations.
B. Hospitals funded by a free market.
C. Hospitals have extremely limited regulation in their offering or charging of services.
4 Oil Dependency
A. Fight our dependency on Anti-Israeli, abusive, or terrorist states.
B. Develop oil in America and friendly states.
C. Develop more efficient energy usage techniques
D. Develop alternatives.
5 Taxing
A. Tax complications eliminated
i. Tax Code implemented by each individual State.
a. States then pay the Federal Gov't the money it requests (per population, per business, per [blank])
ii. Tax Code concise on consumer, employee, and corporate taxes; i.e. one page.
iii. Public aware of all tax laws and understand clearly their implications. (i.e. if the Tax Code gets too complicated or technical for most citizens to understand then it is unnecessary)
6 Limited Communist Industries
A. Agriculture (in addendum to the already private market), simple clothing, simple foods
i. managed thusly, and bi-yearly
a. exact employment number handled
b. exact production quotas
c. exact at-cost prices
B. State controlled.
C. Take a part of a market in an effort to support a definite amount of stable
i. low-tech jobs
ii. cheap goods
iii. basic products; (ideally for the poor)
(D.) Notice: Technology allows us to have all the basic goods (clothing + food) at low cost.
7 National Debt /Public Debt
A. 2 Options
i. Default on all loans and credits
a. return debt to zero through fiscal irresponsibility
ii. pay gradually over the next 100 yrs in a definite plan
a. returns debt to zero through fiscal responsibility
(B.) Notice: interest payments to national debt account for 19% of total government revenue
C. Public Debt (i.e mortgages, loans, etc)
i. Bankruptcy should not remove responsibility of debt from the individual. It can remove requirements of immediate payment, but as soon as the person begins to make profit or a significant enough revenue (as on a tax form), the debt should be payed in part.
8 Wars
A. Never wage war without increases in Taxes or retooling of industries for the war effort
(B. Note: The American people are responsible for every American death in Afghanistan and Iraq b/c we didn't want to contribute money for the waging of war....The last time I checked it was armor and not emotional support that saves soldiers' lives.)
9 Immigration
A. Decide between Open-borders or completely strict enforcement.
